Pokani Online ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected through pokani.online. For questions about data processing, contact us at privacy@pokani.online.

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our forms:

  • Contact form: Name, email address, and your message.
  • Order form: Name, email address, phone number (optional), selected design, and any additional message.

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard server logs provided by our hosting infrastructure.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your order. We will contact you via email to confirm, clarify, or fulfil your request. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service. Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, which routes your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. 5. Data retention

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically until your inquiry is resolved or your order is completed. We do not maintain long-term databases of customer personal data.
